In 2016, JE Flow has set up a scholarship in the school of food science and engineering. This time, the two sides reached a consensus that JE Flow will continue to increase its financial support for students who are both excellent in character and learning and poor students.

The two sides plan to establish a teaching, scientific research and practical education base of Shandong Agricultural University at the Shanghai headquarters of JE Flow to provide a practical training platform for undergraduate and graduate talent training. The two sides will jointly design, develop and manufacture small laboratory testing equipment, and focus on strengthening the cooperative research on "membrane filtration equipment manufacturing and industrial application".

Qiao and his party also visited the students who were employed in JE Flow, asked them about their work and life in detail, and encouraged them to be down-to-earth, work hard, and make due contributions to the development of the company with their knowledge. Since 2015, nearly 10 college graduates from Shandong Agricultural University have practiced and worked in JE Flow family. JE Flow also welcomes more college students interested in the food industry to join us.
