Mechanical Design Engineer
1. Cooperate with the process engineer to design the internal component layout and pipeline connection of the single equipment according to the process flow diagram, and guide, supervise and inspect the installation of the construction personnel during the factory production;
2. Carry out mechanical design according to the flow chart, and use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to draw three-dimensional drawings (sterilizer, membrane filter and other equipment in the dairy industry);
3. Sort out the list of materials required for construction;
4. Design of some non-standard drawings;
5. College degree or above, major in food and chemical industry; Familiar with fluid industry standards is preferred;
Electrical & Automation Engineer
1. Understand the electrical control principle and be able to conduct electrical design after training;
2. Understand the programming of WinCC and other mainstream HMI;
3. Understand the programming language of Siemens and other mainstream PLC, be able to program and conduct on-site debugging;
4. Participate in the technical discussion of products, and actively improve the product structure design and product optimization with R & D;
5. Provide process technical support for production, technical department and maintenance;
6. Assist in the research, introduction and acceptance of new processes, new equipment and facilities;
7. Travel is acceptable;
8. Major in mechanical and electrical engineering;
9. Engaged in food and beverage equipment application or mechanical and electrical engineering related work experience is preferred;
10. Be able to guide the electrical construction on the construction site, correctly select and match the electrical equipment, and guide the drawing of electrical drawings;
process planning
1. Responsible for the formulation of dairy and beverage process routes and the selection of process equipment parameters;
2. Responsible for the preparation of special process equipment drawings and design documents, process verification letters, process schemes and other relevant process documents;
CAD Draftman

Project Engineer
1. Be responsible for the type selection design of the company's new, reconstruction and expansion projects and major technical transformation and technical measures;
2. Review whether the finalized equipment drawings and model selection meet the requirements of the project, and put forward improvement suggestions;
3. Independently responsible for the single machine commissioning and linkage commissioning of the dynamic equipment on the project site;
4. Be responsible for technical communication with equipment related personnel of production and maintenance department, and provide technical support to solve technical problems of dynamic equipment;
5. Experience in single machine maintenance is preferred;
6. Able to accept business trip;
Commissioning Engineer
1. Be responsible for the technical guidance and equipment commissioning for the on-site installation of the company's products;
2. Be responsible for the preparation of the project system scheme;
3. Coordinate the relations of all parties on site, promote the smooth commissioning and solve the problems during commissioning;
5. Organize the preparation and explanation of the project technical scheme and the user's question answering, as well as the training and technical guidance for the user;
6. Complete and maintain project documents, and give feedback on user opinions or product quality to the company in time;
7. Electrical engineering and automation, automation, electromechanical integration, mechanical integration, electromechanical, computer, electronics related majors are preferred;
8. Adapt to long-term business trip;
Spare parts order processing
1. Be responsible for warehousing acceptance of spare parts and delivery of spare parts;
2. Manage and maintain spare parts and spare parts warehouse environment according to management regulations;
3. Be responsible for the regular inventory of spare parts and the accuracy of the inventory;
4. According to the spare parts inventory and usage, send order demand suggestions and relevant information to the spare parts order planner;
