The theme of this conference is "China: dairy industry in the world". 2019 China (International) Dairy Technology Expo

This exhibition is the first International Dairy Technology Expo held by the association. In addition to domestic enterprises, there are also enterprises and industry organizations from nine countries, including Britain, the United States, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Japan, Germany, Sweden and Denmark. There are more than 200 exhibitors, with an exhibition area of nearly 25000 square meters and more than 1100 booths. Exhibitors, exhibition area and exhibition scale all reached record highs. The exhibition includes five sections:

1. Raw milk sector: image display of high-quality pasture construction, raw milk quality and safety testing instruments, milking machines, raw milk forage feed testing consumables and raw milk cold chain technology (including raw milk transport vehicles, refrigeration tanks, transport tanks, milk storage tanks);

2. Processing machinery: filling machinery, packaging machinery, sterilization equipment, cheese processing equipment, fluid equipment (valves, pipe fittings, pumps), transportation equipment, cleaning equipment, refrigeration equipment, dairy process supporting equipment, production water and sewage treatment equipment, industrial robots, etc;

3. Packaging and packaging materials: packaging materials, packaging films, anti mildew coatings, cleaning disinfectants, pipe insulation materials, printing technology, etc;

4. Ingredients: Dairy additives (including enzyme preparations, fermenters, sugar alcohols, strains, thickeners), raw materials and auxiliary materials for dairy production;

5. Inspection and testing instruments: inkjet printer, code printer, temperature calibrator, dairy testing instruments, testing reagents, etc.
