From July 8 to 10, 2026, the 17th China Dairy Conference, D20 (Dairy 20) Forum, and 2026 Dairy Exhibition will grandly open at the Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center. With the theme of "Planning Chain Expansion to Reshape the Industry Landscape, Deploying Connotative Expansion to Stimulate Consumption Vitality," this industry event brings together 500 high-quality exhibitors to jointly chart the course for China's dairy industry.
As the only engineering member unit of the China Dairy Science and Technology Innovation Alliance (referred to as the "Dairy Alliance"), Jieyi Fluid Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. participated in the "High-Quality Milk Project" exhibition at one of Asia's most authoritative dairy industry events. At the D20 Forum, the company delivered a special report on the theme of "Tackling Core Deep-Processing Technologies, Empowering Industrial Upgrading with Engineering Technology," showcasing the development mission and responsibility of a national engineering enterprise in China's dairy industry revitalization journey.

I. The Only Engineering Member of China Dairy Alliance, Demonstrating Industry Benchmark Status
Guided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the China Dairy Science and Technology Innovation Alliance was established in 2016. In 2019, it was selected into the first batch of national agricultural science and technology innovation alliances and designated as a benchmark alliance. Supported by the dairy innovation team of the Institute of Animal Science, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the alliance unites 75 advantageous units across the entire industrial chain, including national research institutes and universities, dairy quality inspection and risk assessment centers, and dairy enterprises, to collaboratively carry out research, development, and application promotion of high-quality milk engineering technologies. Jieyi is the only engineering member unit in the alliance.
This identity is by no means accidental. In the Dairy Alliance's high-quality development technology system for the entire industrial chain—"high-quality raw milk—green low-carbon processes—high-quality milk products"—engineering capability serves as the critical bridge connecting technological R&D and industrial implementation. Jieyi is precisely one of the bearers of this bridge—transforming scientific research achievements into implementable engineering solutions, and translating high-quality milk technical standards into modern production lines. In a sense, without solid engineering capabilities, even the most advanced achievements can only remain in laboratories and papers. The presence of China's engineering strength strengthens the crucial link in China's dairy industry from "technological breakthroughs" to "industrial transformation."

II. Promoting High-Quality Milk Development, Safeguarding National Health with Engineering Power
Since its launch, the National High-Quality Milk Project has been fully implemented in 80 integrated breeding and processing dairy enterprises across 29 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) nationwide. The output of high-quality pasteurized milk has grown from less than 1% of the national total pasteurized milk output in 2016 to 97% in 2022. The content of active substances such as lactoferrin in high-quality pasteurized milk has increased from 10.4 mg/L in 2017 to 43.1 mg/L in 2025—more than three times that of imported products. The concept that "high-quality milk comes from local milk" has become an industry consensus.
Behind these remarkable data, Jieyi is the "behind-the-scenes builder" of many high-quality milk engineering production lines. For example, Huahua Niu Dairy Group—the only dairy enterprise in Henan Province certified by the National High-Quality Milk Project and a D20 enterprise of China's dairy industry—has its 1,000-ton/day pasteurized fresh milk and low-temperature yogurt project's pre-processing turnkey project fully constructed by Jieyi Fluid.
Beyond high quality, China's C-end dairy market is also evolving toward low-temperature products (with more active nutrients) and functionality.
By utilizing an integrated ultrafiltration and nanofiltration system, Jieyi can enrich the protein content of milk to a range of 4.0%–16.0% solely through membrane filtration, while simultaneously reducing the lactose content to 0.15%–0.5%, thereby delivering truly additive-free, high-protein, zero-lactose milk. Jieyi's high-pressure nanofiltration system can concentrate milk to 35%–40% total solids, and a single system can replace an evaporator.
Jieyi's "Milk Deconstruction" deep-processing approach, built on membrane separation technology, has become an important technological pathway for China's dairy processing industry to move toward functional, green, and high-quality production.

III. Continuously Refining Dairy Deep Processing, Breaking Through "Choke Point" Core Technologies
Currently, China's dairy industry is at a critical turning point from "scale expansion" to "value deep cultivation." The third chapter of this year's Dairy Conference, "Forging Resilience—Self-Strengthening to Forge a Hardcore Strong Chain," precisely focuses on independent and controllable industrial chains and tackling core deep-processing technologies.
During the National Two Sessions, several deputies and committee members also suggested increasing original innovation and key core technology research in the dairy industry, setting the localization rate target for core raw materials such as whey protein at over 60%. Deep-processing technologies such as membrane separation and chromatographic purification have been listed as key research directions.
Jieyi has already been deeply engaged in this field since 2016.
From designing and manufacturing membrane filtration systems covering the full separation range of microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF), and reverse osmosis (RO), Jieyi is one of the few enterprises in the industry with both full-separation membrane systems and turnkey delivery capabilities. It possesses the most extensive engineering experience in the application of ceramic membranes, spiral-wound membranes, and flat-sheet membranes in dairy processing, and has participated in formulating industry technical specifications as a drafting unit of the national standard "General Technical Specifications for Membrane Filtration in Food Processing."
At the application level, hundreds of sets of Jieyi membrane filtration systems have been operating stably on the production lines of dairy enterprises such as Mengniu, Bright Dairy, Feihe, Weichuan, Weigang, Synutra, Dr. Cheese, Yiming, Biru Food, Chuanqi Ganwei, and Ningxia Yimei.
In the localization of high-end milk protein, Jieyi has also played a key role. Feihe's bovine colostrum production line relies on localized intelligent equipment to achieve large-scale production, and the membrane filtration systems provided by Jieyi for Feihe—including microfiltration sterilization, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration concentration—are important components of this production line.
Meanwhile, Chuanqi Ganwei's first domestic WPC80 and MPC production line, and Ningxia Yimei's milk protein deep-processing (casein, WPC35, WPC80, and MPC70) base are both equipped with full sets of core membrane filtration systems and engineering design provided by Jieyi. This provides a guarantee for achieving the localization rate target of core raw materials such as whey protein in China and strengthening the independent controllability of the industrial chain.
Core equipment for natural cheese and butter production, such as fully automatic double-O cheese vats, steam direct injection cooking and stretching machines, and butter churns, have also been fully localized by Jieyi and fully verified by the market, enabling deeper participation in the transformation and development of China's dairy structure toward raw material-side deep processing.

IV. Guided by the Compass, Steady on the Broad Path
Since its establishment in 2011, Jieyi has spent fifteen years witnessing and participating in the development of China's dairy industry, earning recognitions such as "High-Tech Enterprise," "Shanghai Light Industry Famous Brand," and "Top 100 Enterprises in China's Light Industry Specialized Capabilities." But more important than honors is the original aspiration that Jieyi has always adhered to—enabling China's dairy industry to possess independent engineering and technological strength and gradually go global.
July 2026, Nanchang. At this event that gathers the attention of the entire industry, Jieyi, in its capacity as the only engineering member of the Dairy Alliance, has delivered its own answer to the industry. We will build on China's market-leading membrane filtration equipment as the cornerstone, further leveraging "membrane power" and deep-processing technologies and equipment to maximally release the natural nutrition of dairy and food, while reducing resource waste and carbon emissions.
Guided by the compass, steady on the broad path.
Self-reliance and self-strengthening are the main melody of any era. Jieyi will continue to work hard, pragmatically cultivate deep roots, accelerate its pace of progress, and ultimately build a world-class food engineering brand from China.
