Product introduction:

Infusion sterilizer, is an advanced food processing equipment primarily used for ultra-high temperature (UHT) sterilization of liquid food products. This equipment rapidly immerses the preheated product into saturated steam, quickly raising the temperature to a sterilization level within an extremely short time (usually ≤0.5 seconds), achieving efficient and uniform sterilization. It is particularly suitable for high-end products that are heat-sensitive, prone to browning, and susceptible to denaturation.

Application:

• Milk and flavored milk

• Ice cream mixes and milkshakes

• Cultured milk and whipped cream

• Coffee creamer and cream

• Plant-based concentrated liquid and condensed milk

• High-grade culture medium and preservatives, etc.

Features:

• Capacity: 1000~15000L/h

• Equipped with a steam infusion sterilization chamber;

• Product flow component material: stainless steel AISI 316L;

• Equipped with an acid-base addition unit;

• Equipped with a steam control unit, flash chamber, including tubular heat exchangers for steam condensation;

• Equipped with tubular/plate heat exchangers for product preheating and cooling;

• Sterile homogenizer (downstream) and sterile water unit;

• 15-inch touch screen control panel with PLC and software.
