Scope of application

The milk base material temperature of the sterilized frozen yogurt is about 5 degrees. After adding bacteria, it is temporarily stored in the can to be filled. After the filling machine is ready, it can be heated to 42 ± 2 degrees through the online heating system. After filling, it is stored in the fermentation warehouse for insulation.

The on-line heating system adopts hot water circulation heating, and the heating temperature is stable. The system adopts the setting of heating while filling. If the filling machine fails and cannot continue production, only the products in the pipeline need to be watered, which will not affect the raw materials in the tank.
