Injection sterilizer, is an efficient device for ultra-high temperature (UHT) sterilization treatment of liquid food. The equipment achieves instant sterilization of food by directly mixing steam with the product and using the latent heat of steam for rapid heating. It is especially suitable for liquid food that needs to retain its original flavor and nutritional components.

• Milk and flavored milk

• Plant-based concentrated liquid and condensed milk

• High-grade culture medium and preservatives, etc.

• Capacity: 1000~15000L/h

• Equipped with a steam injector;

• Product flow component material: stainless steel AISI 316L;

• Equipped with an acid-base addition unit;

• Equipped with a steam control unit, flash chamber, including tubular heat exchangers for steam condensation;

• Equipped with tubular/plate heat exchangers for product preheating and cooling;

• Sterile homogenizer (downstream) and sterile water unit;

• 15-inch touch screen control panel with PLC and software.
