Multi-function Pasteurizer
Product introduction:

Multi-functional Pasteurizer is used for the Pasteurization of final product bases (yoghurt, cheese, desserts, mousse). It features a five sections plate heat exchanger application, which includes two stages for product and product heat recovery. This process raises the product temperature from low to high, passing through the sterilization and cooling stages in sequence to meet the final product temperature requirements. The sterilization temperature is adjustable up to 95°C, and it comes standard with a deaerator and homogenizer. Optionally, a 125°C high-temperature steriliza- tion unit can be equipped to handle different product processes.
